What should be done if a roller shutter will not go up?

It should not be forced. The problem may be the strap, winder, fasteners, shaft, rollers or stoppers.

What should be done if a roller shutter will not go down?

It may be blocked inside the box, have damaged stoppers or present a problem in the mechanism. Forcing it can make the fault worse.

When should the strap be replaced?

When the strap is broken, frayed, twisted, stiff or no longer allows the shutter to move normally.

What does the winder do?

The winder rolls and releases the strap. If it fails, the strap may remain loose, fail to wind properly or block movement.

What are shutter fasteners?

They connect the shutter to the shaft. If they break or come loose, the shutter may stop going up correctly.

When should stoppers be replaced?

When they are broken, missing or no longer prevent the shutter from going too far into the box.

What information is useful by WhatsApp?

A photo of the shutter, a photo of the winder, a picture of the box if possible and a short description of the problem.

When should a lock cylinder be replaced?

When the key turns badly, keys have been lost, the cylinder is worn or the door security needs improvement.

What should be done if the key turns badly?

It should not be forced. The problem may be the cylinder, the lock or the door adjustment.
